atmurray Posted October 14, 2005 Report Share Posted October 14, 2005 I'm not sure if its an oversight or there is a technical reason but the NVidia drivers don't include fairly common resolutions for modern wide screen TVs. In my opinion it would be *really* handy for the INF modders to mod the NV_Modes to include the following (fairly) standard Widescreen resolutions: 852x480 1024x576 1280x720 1920x1080 The last three are standard HD modes and the first one is (I think) a fairly standard native resolution for plasma screens. Anyone agree with me? I just find it a pain having to remember to edit the INF myself. Oh and BTW, the reason I don't just use the custom resolution tool is that it doesn't accept 852x480 or 853x480.
