mobilenvidia Posted October 22, 2005 Author Report Share Posted October 22, 2005 Shouldn't matter as MCE are added extensions to Win XP. This driver doesn't have the MCE extensions added for full compliance making it basicly a XP driver. It seems to be theat the newer driver switch the card to the silent mode. I get the same results with modded inf of the 80th driver series. switching back to the 78.11 solved this problem. Maybe the Powermizer was setted wrong by this driver.
