Toshiba and GeForce4 GO 440 - Nothing Works!

Howdy folks. I have been trying to update my video drivers all day, and

I can't get anything to work. I have a Toshiba Satellite and a GeForce4 GO 440 video card. I have downloaded several different updates, but all of them say "nVidia installer cannot find any drivers compatible with your hardware" and the installer closes. I'm completely lost at this point. Can someone help me?

Also,

I haven't been able to find it on the forums, where do I PUT the .inf files?
