MLX Posted December 26, 2005 Report Share Posted December 26, 2005 Hi, i've a geforce 6800 go 256mb on my fujitsu-siemens AMILO M3438G. I read in the nvidia information screen that the the limit for the core is 105°. What this mean: that i'm safe under that temperature or that is danger also come near to that limit? I ask this becouse the usual temperature of the core is 62 - 63 (first yellow line) but when i play games (like call of duty 2) the temperature reach 77-78 (hight yellow). Sometimens with automatic overclock reach 81-82 (first red line). Is that dangerous??? About overclocking, i usually use only automatic overclock, but i'm not sure that is safe to do this.. what you can tell me about overclocking? Thanks for any answer.
