Effect of graphics card overclocking on battery life?

Hey folks.

I own a Dell Inspiron 9300 and am wondering how much battery life would be impacted if I were to overclock my GeForce 6800 Go from 290/560 (I think those are the default speeds) to 360/700.

Would the decrease in battery life be significant (greater than 30 minutes loss) or not so much?

You probably won't lose any.

Most GPU's have a "low power 3d" profile which is what it uses when on battery. You can safely overclock your full powerd 3d profile without affecting battery life if this is the case.
