mattman
Mmmm.. well if this one is anything like the last Leadtek driver, might just wait for the "official" release. Edit: Ok so i have to try it anyways.. I'm just like that :) Will stick it on now, will have some results either way in the near future. Guest Guest
Why is this release date earlier than the other one?
mattman
This driver is older, quite simply. It may have some newer stuff than 82.12 but 82.12 may have more recent bugfixes than 83.10. Anyway, its a clunker. IQ is poor (jaggies) and performance is down, I didn't run aquamark 3 after seeing the 3dm05 score and the poor IQ, i wasn't going to waste any more time on a driver I'm not going to reccommend. 81.85 lv2go modded inf - 2063 81.89 xtreme-g performance inf - 2074 81.94 lv2go modded performance inf - 2077 81.94 lv2go modded (standard) inf - 2062, am3 38146 81.94 xtreme-g modded performance inf - 2071 81.95 lv2go modded performance inf - 2090 81.95 lv2go modded (standard) inf - 3dm05 2078, am3 38238 81.98 lv2go modded (standard) inf - 3dm05 2064, am3 38326 82.04 lv2go modded performance inf - 2078 82.12 lv2go modded (standard) inf - 3dm05 2072, am3 38299 83.10 lv2go modded (standard) inf - 3dm05 2027
mobilenvidia
Fixed this driver up a bit, I added back in the missing App profiles. Sorted the setup files to orignal nVidia ones from 82.12 Have re uploaded driver.
Guest Toshiba User
I have an NVIDIA GeForce4 460 Go. I have tried running the setup on a few of the new drivers and I can't seem to find one that works. Please Help.
mobilenvidia
Are you replacing the original INF (nv4_disp.inf) with the modded one (seperate download) ?
Bill
To Toshiba user, you might want to stick to 82.12 for right now, this driver might not be all that great, and its older.
Griff
Would this driver work alright with my Dell? I have the 82.10 right now with the performance inf, but i noticed when you go into laptop display it's missing a lot of the options such as clocking, D3d settings, etc. Is there something I'm missing? What driver would you recommend? I'm more into the gaming end, so I need something that'll help keep the framerate nice and steady.... Maybe there are some tweaks I can do, or a whole different driver or something... Any suggestions are appreciated. Bill
If you are using one of Pieter's INFs all those options should be there, are you sure you didn't just install it with the default driver INF? I would not recomend this driver, especially after the last Leadtech one... Go here http://forums.laptopvideo2go.com/index.php?showtopic=8462 and run the OC enable reg and see if that helps you.
