Hi,

Is Toshibas M60-BK3 (Nvidia 6600 go 128 PCIxpress) MXM type card?

thx

Bit of an old post, but I'll reply anyway...

Fact is we don't know (yet).

However, there are a few points that hint at MXM..

* PCI Express Module

* Several M60's with different GPU's

* Toshiba uses MXM in other models.

So, to sum it up: quite possible, but not sure.

Then again, there are currently no suitable upgrades available. If you feel like opening your lappy up, make sure you tell us what you find!

There is a table with all known MXM laptops up at http://www.mxm-upgrade.com. You can also find more information on MXM there.

Sorry we can't be of more assistance, perhpas we'll be able to confirm this in the future!

Beats me :) there's nothing contradicting it, nothing affirming it....

As with 99% of the lappies out there

You wish. There's no PCIe in your lappy...

But then again, you already knew that :)

Little update: I spoke with the people from Toshiba@CEBIT. They denied they have or ever had a MXM laptop.

Even though what people at CEBIT say isn't the bible, it seems you're out off luck!
