Just updated this driver to the MCE version.

The files are all different to the other version.

Also a WHQL certificate is also now included.

I've just installed the latest Vista Build (Build 5365) which has 87.45 built into it. My system runs at a crawl which is very strange as I was running 87.45 under the previous build with no problems. I worked out that the the cdd.dll (Canonical Display Driver) thread of csrss.exe consumes 100% of CPU time which pointed me to a display driver problem and sure enough, when I disabled the nVidia driver all was well.

I have a Dell Precision M70 with a Quadro FX Go 1400. Has anyone else experienced this problem or know how to fix it?

Edit: The latest build (v87.97 Vista) has fixed this problem (thank goodness!).
