Guest Guest
Still the Powermixer problems with INF 31.65Same problem here with the PowerMizer and nVidia GeForce Go 6600.
Lych
Overclocking and the Powermizer are broken for me with inf 31.65 (Go 5700 128mb) :) . I tried rolling back to 84.25 and the Powermizer page corruption persisted. I had to uninstall and reinstall to correct the problem. I'm beginning to wonder if it is a inf problem at all... maybe nvidia "tweaked" these drivers for there desktop boards :)
dambro82
this driver work on Quadro FX 2500M Go/mobile????? Edited April 15, 2006 by dambro82

alexandertyler
Try the INF I have posted above and see if that works. It's a modded 84.25 INF and everything works for me now. Later, Alex

It's a modded 84.25 INF and everything works for me now.Later, Alex Your INF did the trick Alex :) . I had to uninstall the old drivers first, but 84.43 works fully now. There is still the problem of Powermizer not switching to Max Savings when the laptop is unplugged, but that is a known issue (not a huge problem). There is a problem in INF 31.65 somewhere that messes up overclocking and the powermizer menu. Edited April 16, 2006 by Lych

mobilenvidia
Made some more changes to v31.66 INF and have removed the go 7800 GTX SLI settings I added after 81.25. Lets hope this now fixes it. Need some testers to verify, uninstall drivers first though for best effect. this driver work on Quadro FX 2500M Go/mobile????? 84.29 does without modded INF

Guest Guest
31.66 does the trick, thanks Pieter :P Aye, I agree, the newly modified INF 31.66 has solved all my previous problems with 84.43, many thanks for your help! :) :( :)
mobilenvidia
Great news, I've left the SLI bit's in the INF, to enable the ';' will need to be removed from in front of line.

The two above with issues, let me know and I'll see if I can find an INF that will work for you.-- Alex Well, the last driver that worked fully for me was 72.14. Any version after that and my Go 5700 always stays in Max Performance mode whenever unplugged. Again, this is not a major problem for me as I can always set it to max savings manually. Other than that, I have been using 84.25 for use with Oblivion and other apps. I tried INF 31.66 with 84.43 and it works perfectly!!! Thanks Pieter! :) :P :)
whitetigerx7
For PowerMizer Battery options to work you have to be running on the battery only and not the AC Outlet. The Tools automatically switch when you change power sources.

mobilenvidia
All go6200 have Turbocache so it's not mentioned in the name. So the DEV_ID of 0167 is your GPU even though it doesn't mention TC :)
