Strange horizontal bar on the bottom of screen with drivers from laptopvideo2go

I'm getting a weird issue with the drivers I have tried from laptopvideo2go, so far the 84.25's and 84.12's. With many games I try--FEAR and Age of Empires 3 in particular--I am getting a very small flickering horizontal bar in the lower portion of my monitor. It seems as if the small bar in the bottom isn't syncing right with the rest of the display, as it behind in what it displays. With some games, such as Oblivion and Half-Life 2, I dont get this problem. I'm not very experienced with modified drivers; I have been using very old Dell drivers. I don't get this issue with the Dell drivers I was using, but they are getting very out of date and wanted to use new ones. Thanks in advance!
