Dark Dickens
I think the overclocking function should be available on this driver, because it's earlier than 84.30.....LOL

rputran
Just downloaded and installed this on my Inspiron 9400 (with Go 7800). Installed flawlessly. There was no driver compatibility message and everything seems to be working well. Ran Gothic 2 Notr to see if all's well. Will run Oblivion now and check. :)

Aedan
Alright, well, I just tried installing this on my laptop. But after I restart my computer, (It actually seems to start Windows fine, but then I get a blue screen of death saying that the driver is to blame, and I have to restart in Safe Mode to reinstall the crappy 7xxx driver that Dell ships! What's the deal? Anyone?

What's the deal? Anyone? try installing the old dell drivers found on this site before, then installing these ontop of them. That's what worked for me. Another buddy tried to remove the old ones and install these, didn't work. don't now why.
DaStump
I have a Dell 1705 inspiron, with GeForce Go 7800. I tried upgrading to this driver using the modded .inf. After installation and rebooting Windows appears to be loading fine and then I get BSoD with the error NV4_Mini.sys error. I tried using both methods of upgrading to the new driver. Any insight as to this particular error? or recommend anything else to try? Thanks in Advance, E.Z. Edited May 10, 2006 by DaStump
