nyy3321
i have a vgn-fs 675ph and heard that the FSB speed has been stepped down from 533 mhz to 400. does upping the fsb speed kill my battery life? I am also using default video drivers for my geforce go 6200 and am considering switching to forceware drivers. will this ruin my already pathetic battery life? and what other tweaks will up performance without really taking away from battery life? mew905
if you have speedstep, up the FSB and lower the clock. nowadays, CPU doesn't have much part in gaming, especially with the new physx card.
mew905
by the way, if you mean default drivers as in the ones Windows XP automatically installs, using forceware drivers (80.xx I think is best for GF6 cards) will drastically improve performance.
