mrcreativity Posted May 18, 2006 Report Share Posted May 18, 2006 I really need to quiet down the fan on my 3438G. Any help will be appreciated. Please bear in mind that I have dont all the registry changes and have enabled the nvidia service as well. The quiet mode works, but the fan seems to be on all the time when quiet/silent mode is disabled. The problem started after I did a clean install of Windows HE and the drivers and everything. mrcreativity Posted May 19, 2006 Author Report Share Posted May 19, 2006 Its a Fujistu Siemens 3438G and I have noticed the problem in the new 85 series drivers. Im back to v.84.37 which is working perfectly and regarded as one of the best drivers out there. I hope newer 85 series drivers dont have the problem.
