what is the device id and subsys id?

here are the information on the PCMCIA device:
Gtran Wireless

DotSurfer
Dual Band CDMA 1xEVDO

QUALCOMM 3G CDMA

Model: GPC-6210
FCC ID: PL5GPC-6210

so as i'm using it under Windows xp media center, the installation package includes the driver and a small dialer program but it can be used without the dialer just by creating a new internet connection...etc so the main problem is getting recognized by the vista 64 OS as a working pcmcia modem the dialer .exe don't matter at all

There is no VISTA 64bit driver available for this device :)
XP 32bit drivers yes (after putting them together from various sources using google).
