mobilenvidia
We're about to move to a new server, Salt Lake City UT was good, but we're off to North Carolina. Very simply put the current server is costing us far too much. Negotiations with current host have come to naught So new server, new company, new horizons it is. We're actually going to be better off for our databases (forum and drivers) Here are specs on the new rig: Processor: Dual Intel Quad Core L5520 2.26 GHz (8C16T)RAM: 36 GB DDR3First Hard Drive: 1 TB SATASecond Hard Drive: 1TB SATANetwork Uplink: 1000 MbpsBandwidth: 10 TB We're being hosted by Big Brain Global Networks Brian sorted out a good deal for us So we hope to setup the new server in next few days Then shift all the drivers across Finally setup the forums and driver database and go live May take a couple of weeks So if we go offline for a short periods it will be due to the above DNS propagation may mean the longest outage for some,as some countries can take up to 2 days to change. Looking forward to something different.
