I can buy GF GO 6800 B1 (L5090095 0536B1, NV41M Type III BD) but I don't know It will be work with my laptop gericom 1st supersonic PCI E. The card you have is Type II, thje other one (did you already buy it or is that an eBay picture?) is Type III.
