Hello :)

You want to know how to change the GPU in the BIOS 8800m GTX - SLI, but here is a post regarding one card:

So my question - how to do it with two graphics cards, you may have already done ? :)

Please send me some details, and Thanks for answering ! :P

for card 1: nvflash -4 -5 -i0 <biosname1.bin>

for card 2: nvflash -4 -5 -i1 <biosname2.bin>

the -i switch is used to differentiate between the cards numbered 0 & 1.

hope this helps

Thank you for your reply. Do I have to write at the same time and whether changes in the bios or two cards for each? I would like more details! :) :) :P

I assume you flash one at a time so for your first card:

nvflash -4 -5 -i0 <biosname1.bin>

press enter

then reboot and second card:

nvflash -4 -5 -i1 <biosname2.bin>

press enter

Hello I also have a dell xps m1730 and I would like to ask for some more information on this.

As I have gathered you need to use nibitor to edit the bios before flashing it?

However the problem I am having is that when I save a changed bios and open it up again it has not been changed as far as I can see.

Also the first link is a dead one now, has that guide been taken down or has it been moved?

Thanks in advance if anyone can help.
