Guest Guest
for card 1: nvflash -4 -5 -i0 <biosname1.bin> for card 2: nvflash -4 -5 -i1 <biosname2.bin> the -i switch is used to differentiate between the cards numbered 0 & 1. hope this helps
radixxx
Thank you for your reply. Do I have to write at the same time and whether changes in the bios or two cards for each? I would like more details! :) :) :P
Dox
I assume you flash one at a time so for your first card: nvflash -4 -5 -i0 <biosname1.bin> press enter then reboot and second card: nvflash -4 -5 -i1 <biosname2.bin> press enter
radixxx
It worked, everything went smoothly - thanks for the advice. But now I have another question as to whether to change clocks are 2d ? :)
Guest Joshua
Hello I also have a dell xps m1730 and I would like to ask for some more information on this. As I have gathered you need to use nibitor to edit the bios before flashing it? However the problem I am having is that when I save a changed bios and open it up again it has not been changed as far as I can see. Also the first link is a dead one now, has that guide been taken down or has it been moved? Thanks in advance if anyone can help.
