yeah but i guess the inf should be modded according to the hardware id, and i couldn't find drivers with the inf having my Hardware id...

The modified inf doesn't use subsys info - just the main identifier that tells the chip type, in your case PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0A29. So it works not depending on the laptop manufacturer.

Hey abdulKarim,

for your laptop I found these informations:

Grafik: Intel GMA HD Grafik, Nvidia GeForce GT 330M oder Nvidia GeForce 310M

So the latest drivers SHOULD work, but if they dont, it might be not your fault. Long before the 260 drivers, there were always problems to many of the other manufactors. Lucky for me, Sony and Fujitsu-Siemens seems to work together a bit, so what Nauti did, worked pretty well for me too. Just the latest drivers have the IntelHD drivers, so they dont work for me!

Little note: I got a small Acer Aspire 1420P, with Intel Express Series4 Intel HD, so seems to be a GMA4500HD too. So I tried installing the "HD" drivers, installation progress ran through, but after "2" reboots, I got a black screen, only mouse visible and moveable, only a systembackup helped me to get back the screen.

Maybe its Acer itself, that needs special drivers! Maybe Acer has realy changed something with the mainboard-firmware, so that "normal" drivers dont work any more, or not for long time. Strange...

Go to bios via Alt+F2 switch to discrete, and you will be able to use the newest drivers available from Nividia! and they work really good, you will get a real fps boost in games:)

I have the same laptop and i've just updated my drivers to the last nvidia driver. So first go to your bios and change the videocard selection.Go to the acer download center and download VGA_NVIDIA_8.17.12.8525_W7x64_A driver. After you have updated to this driver u can now update to the newest available.ATM i don't know how to use my other card but i don't use it so often :D
