Problem with v84.21 in VAIO VGN-FS38GP, still crashing n BSOD

I have Sony VAIO VGN-FS38GP laptop with NVIDIA GeForce Go 6400 with TurboCache 128MB

previously I'm using driver version 77.47 from sony, and when I'm playing game (Warcraft III) not long after it got crash and then Blue Screen of Death shows up, my friend says that I should update my driver from this site.

I'm just updated my driver using v84.21 with modded INF, and its still keep crashing and crashing, of course with blue screen.

Then I tried v84.63 with modded INF from this site, and its crashing again.....

PLEASE need your guidance and help

hmmm.... worth the try

because i never patch my game before when I'm still using my desktop
