I installed the RTM verion of Windows Vista on my laptop and working with default Windows drivers (didn't find any other yet that would have PowerMizer working). Anyway, in many 3d games (Heroes V, Prince of Persia: Sands of Time, even sometimes momentarly in Civilization 4 (when Advisor's menu is displayed) ) screen is blinking, some textures appears to be mixed up etc. In PoP:SoT game work fine, altought the menu is invisible (there is no letters, and there is a weird "sprite" under the mouse cursor.) There was no problem with Windows XP installed. It's not problem with Vista compatibility neither, as those games are working perfectly on my desktop with Vista RTM and GeForce 7800 GS. The only thing you can do is........ live with it :) and wait for more recent releases hoping the changelog mentios your ISSUE is RESOLVED.
