VERY IMPORTANT ISSUE

I have a Benq R55 Core Duo 1.8 2 Gb Sys Memo - GeForce Go 7400 128 + 128 (TC)

I installed the 160.03 driver for vista 32

and now my "Display Setting" - "Advanced Settings" window says:

128 Mb Dedicated video memo

and

495 Mb allocated system memo

Total:

623 Mb Video Memo

Vista always shows more memory than there really is in the Total Graphics Memory section. It is also taking into account more memory than just TC, my desktop's graphics card doesn't have TC and Vista shows like 522MB or something and it is a 256MB card. I wouldn't worry about it, besides your card won't allocate the extra memory until it uses all of the dedicated.
