mtomas
Hi there. I've allreade read some of the topics related with driver updates and so, but my question remains. I have a Sony laptop, a VGN-FS215S with a GeForce Go 6200 TurboCache. I want to update the graphic driver to a most recent one, but without having compability problems. Can you help me and recomend a driver so I can download it with no problems and install it ? I allready searched the entire sony update, but they don't have any for my graphic driver. cheers. Rocky88
1. Read this topic: Please stop asking "What is the best driver"! 2. Go to this website and choose Win XP as your OS: http://files.laptopvideo2go.com/xp 3. Download the latest driver (165.01) and INF file (place inf file in the same folder where you extract driver's contents before you install it). If you're unsure if the driver supports your card check the INF file. According to INF of driver version 165.01, your GPU is supported: .. . NVIDIA_NV44.DEV_0160.1 = "NVIDIA GeForce 6500" NVIDIA_NV44.DEV_0161.1 = "NVIDIA GeForce 6200 TurboCache" NVIDIA_NV44.DEV_0162.1 = "NVIDIA GeForce 6200SE TurboCache" NVIDIA_NV44.DEV_0163.1 = "NVIDIA GeForce 6200 LE" . . .
