®®® Posted July 29, 2007 Report Share Posted July 29, 2007 Three of the Media Control Buttons above the keyboard may be mislabeled, on Qosmio F45-AV410, -AV411, -AV412 and -AV413 models. If your model has the following Part No. you may be affected: - PQF43U-007004 - PQF43U-007005 - PQF43U-008004 - PQF43U-009007 If the Media Control Buttons on your computer are mislabeled, Toshiba recommends having them replaced with correctly labeled ones, at no charge. Please make arrangements to deliver the computer to either a Toshiba Authorized Service Provider or to Toshiba?s Depot Repair facility. Use http://pcrepair.toshiba.com to find an Authorized Service Provider near you, or call the Toshiba Global Support Center at 800-457-7777.
