®®® Posted August 19, 2007 Report Share Posted August 19, 2007 Here's the real deal for laptop owners depending for whatever reason on a WHQL VISTA 64bit NVIDIA driver. This one tops all other releases so far and is a diamond of a driver. If you are into INF modding that's the driver to look for as you'll find out what settings your ODM/OEM and even NVIDIA use for your GPU. Originally we had this driver uploaded as a DELL release with only 1 INF included. Pieter's INF was the only way to let it install for all NVIDIA mobile and desktop GPUs out there. This new driver release now (after repacking) has the DELL INF still included and additionally 15 more OEM/ODM INFs as well as NVIDIA's INF for a wide range of mobile GPUs. That means support out-of-the-box using original manufacturer settings is now granted for whooping 209 devices :) When we have finished our searchable DEV_ID and SUBSYS_ID database, i guess this one will always pop up for you VISTA 64bit owners.
