Apple MBP 2.2GHz...Anyone know why I'm stuck at 375/502?

ATITool, and NTune both confirm being stuck at 375/502...even with a game minimized.

The core should be 470. What the heck is going on? I'm using the newest drivers- 163.44

My 3dMark score flips around. One time I got 2965. Now, I get 2346. What the hell is going on?

MacBook Pros have GDDR3. Some other manufacturers don't pony up the resources to instal it though, and fall back on DDR2.
