amd76 Posted October 5, 2007 Report Share Posted October 5, 2007 Hello, I was hoping that someone could help me with a problem I'm having with my laptop HP Pavilion dv9438. I am unable to play a lot of games on it, especially MMO's, etc. It's got a Nvidia GeForce Go 6150 card in it. Is there anyway that I can improve it's performance or if not can I put a new card into it and if so, which do you recommend? Thanks very much, I would really appreciate any help that I can get. Guest Bob Posted October 11, 2007 Report Share Posted October 11, 2007 The only way to increase performance is using newer/better drivers. i had a laptop with a geforce 6100.(the little brother of yours). You cannot upgrade your grafic card, because it solded on the mainboad. try one of those new laptop drivers and see if it improves your performance.(example: forceware 156.66) good luck.
