anonymousdonorus
I have a lenovo t61p with a Quadro 570M. I am trying to install the 163.71 drivers with the provided inf and it will not work. I get the message "Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date" The driver will not install. I have deinstalled the existing driver and stripped it down to the standard VGA driver. Gives the same message. Any ideas?
mobilenvidia
Did you use the setup.exe app that come with driver or update driver method in the device manager ? If update driver method you need to: 'Update Driver' 'Browse my computer for driver software' 'Let me pick from a list of drivers on my computer' 'Have disk' 'Browse' Now goto directory with the driver and the modded INF (which REPLACES original INF) 'Open' 'OK' 'Next' driver should install Reboot when done
anonymousdonorus
I never ran the setup.exe. That is the message I get when installing the driver using the "have disk" message. Any other thoughts?
