HP dv9055ea Posted November 7, 2007 Report Share Posted November 7, 2007 (edited) Hello, did some searching but nothing about my laptop so here it is: I have a HP dv9055ea Laptop it contains: (dont know if this is of importance) Core2Duo T5500 17" Brightview Widescreen 2x80gb [ahci] 2x 1024mb DDR2 667mhz nVidia GeForce GO 7600 256mb DDR (dedicated) Windows XP Pro Mediacenter My question, am i able to take my videocard out and put a new one in like a GO 8700gt or the new upcomming GO 8800gt cards.. and if not which will be possible? 2nd question, dunno if this is the right place but all seem to have a lot of knowledge of laptops so: :) Does anyone know where to get proper firmware for: MATSHITA DVD-RAM U-J851S ?? iVE look everywhere..cant find anything. wanna do a firmware upgrade, to boost the speed :) Tnkx in Advance Edited November 7, 2007 by HP dv9055ea Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
