I guess everyone knows that the go 8800 for notebooks are coming out soon... Now here's my question Will it be an upgrade option for the m9750 ?

I called alienware and spoke to 2 tech guys.. One guy said he really doesn't know but he thinks that it wouldn't.... The 2nd guy said no because of power issues and some other stuff which i don't remember because once he said no i was filled with anger.....

Now I've been going crazy online looking for answers... everything that i have found was all mixed.....

I would really be upset if it's not an upgrade.. The main reason why i bought the m9750 was because i could update the video cards.... I just got it in october and i'm feeling i wasted my money.......

Any input would be great for me and all the other m9750 owners out there who have the same concern....

That is a clevo based machine I believe. If it currently supports the 8700M GT MXM IV it should work with the 8800M GTX MXM, although a motherboard replacement might be necessary.
