wook
I recommend 174.74 http://forums.laptopvideo2go.com/index....showtopic=18049 download driver and modified inf file. extract driver, overwrite the inf file with the modified one, run setup, restart. easy as pie! Dyallo
My friend has this card and is also looking for a good gaming/benchmark driver. Why do you recommend this one? Currently he's scoring 4100 on 3dmark, and hes clocked to 600/470 I think. He can't go any higher without getting any artifacts, which is wierd, cos ive seen ppl on the net clocked way higher than that - how is that possible? aliveanddead86
Depends if it is DDR2, or a DDR3 card. DDR3s can clock higher. Plus every card has its own limits, therefore not every card can clock as high anyway.
Dyallo
Yeah Im pretty sure it was a GDDR2 512mb card. So anyone know the best gaming driver and max clock for that card?
DragonXD
I recommend 174.74http://forums.laptopvideo2go.com/index....showtopic=18049 download driver and modified inf file. extract driver, overwrite the inf file with the modified one, run setup, restart. easy as pie! Okay, perfect, thanks for the help! But, it seems that I can´t install it??? After downloading the driver and the modded inf I extract the driver so I get its own folder with files. In the folder the original inf-files are in an ZIP or RAR-archive. This is where I don´t know what to do. How can I add the modded inf to the ZIP/RAR-archive in my driver-folder? I could extract the ZIP/RAR-archive but when replacing the modded inf in it, it still won´t install the driver, so I guess am doing something wrong here? Help, plz :) thanks
Michael Marley
You must place the modded INF in the same folder as the setup.exe program for the driver.
Deltafox
You must place the modded INF in the same folder as the setup.exe program for the driver. I've copied the modded file into the same folder. Everything looks like it's going okay, but when it's finished it says that nothing was modified on this system..
