anuclearbomb
Hi guys, I am really interested in upgrading my DELL Inspiron 1420, as Dell says that its graphic is discrete, so I think it may be a MXM card. I searched the net and came across so many different answers, some says its MXM while some says its not, so its very confusing. So can any savy pls tell me its it really a MXM????? If yes, then can i upgrade my 8400M GS to a 8600M GT??? Please give CONFIRMED answers and not just some guesses, and may be real life experience on upgrading will help. Thanks a lot! :doublelol: BOMB
Ice-Tea
Dell sometimes uses modular cards, but not MXM. At least not in notebooks.
