Guest Interested
hi der, after looking about in the forums, i found out that the people managed to change the gpu for acer notebooks specifically the 5920g and 4520g. I have the 4920g and after opening it and following the guideline from mxm-upgrade, i found out that it is type II. My questions is: 1) Have anyone try upgrading a 4920g? 2) Is it possible to change from an ATI to Nvidia? Hope anybody can aswer my question and thank you!! Guest Auieong
Try to buy one in E-bay, 4920g works pretty well with Ati3650. The temperature is around 65C running games, so it's ok. The performance is perfect for laptop. I also try to play games with it, much better than 2400xt. demonstration:
