Guest phillychuck
I can't seem to get these to install under XP32, I have a 8800 GTS 320, I looked thru the INF file and see strings relating to my card. Not sure what else I can do. Would love to try these, people say AoC performance is improved.
Guest fuflo
doesn't install for me too. 8800 GTS 320 also. the install goes through but nothing's actually done. when i try to install manually, it tries to install it, recognizes the card, but then fails. Nahouhak
Well, I get the 3d Mark 06 score on XP same as when I overclock on VISTA, so XP powaa, no problem with these drivers right now.
mobilenvidia
Hmmm, checked INF and it looks fine (not being able to test it yet) What you can do is use another modded INF ie from 175.80 and use this. Report back with a Private message to say what INF works with 177.28 I can then quickly find a culprit. Either new driver issue or my modding problem :)
Dox
i once had the same problem. the driver was 167.55 and it said the driver was for the wrong OS when trying to install using setup.exe. it was solved by installing via 'have disk method.' try to install using have dis method and the modded inf and see if that works for you. zipper
Is it a Dell? here is the latest I could quickly find that comes from Dell, Lenovo. The drivers coming from the original vendor are the best bet when having problems. http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/nvidia/170series/17431.exe
