AlexDiaz Posted June 23, 2008 Report Share Posted June 23, 2008 Hello guys, Im more or less a newbie on this graphic cards, overclock and that stuff. I would like some help from you about the drivers i should update for my laptop. I play only Flight Simulator 2004 on it. The Laptop is a Hp Pavillion 9660EF with Vista Home Edition Premium, Intel 7500, 4 GB RAM. The Nvidia Card is a 8600M GS. I already updated the Drivers in february to 169.04 and overclocked the card. I get now 70 FPS on FS, that isn't too bad. Now i realised that when fly at night, i get strange textures on the sky like lines. The textures aren't smooth. I would like to know is someone can give me some hints about wich drivers use, and is possible wich ones allow me to overclock. I would thank you all a lot for your help/hints. However, this might not fix your problem because FS2004 is getting to be an old game, and nvidia doesn't usually fix problems with older games. But, it is worth a shot.
