cyclone93
i dont think you can do anything to change the speed of the fan, i wouldnt change it though because the speed prevents overheating and such
Guest mhd4365
no i want to change it so that it gets louder and sucks more air in, to keep the card from overheating much.mhd
Michael Marley
In laptops, the CPU and GPU usually share a single fan which is controlled by the BIOS itself. Therefore, you usually cannot change it.

aliveanddead86
You are wrong I think... For Dells (I know this is not Dell related) there is I8kfanGUI. originally meant for the Inspiron 8000 series. i use it for my XPS, you can let the BIOS control the fans, or force them on full power, or even set up your own schemes and settings for when you want the fans to turn on. And I have 2 fans, one for the CPU and GPU, the other just the GPU. Edited July 11, 2008 by aliveanddead86
