pilsener
Hello from Spain. I have a Vostro 1700 with 8600M GT 256 DDR2 I have checked the register of Windows and my lap is MXM=1. I don't know if the type is MXM II or III. What dou you think is the best option to upgrade this laptop? Tkanks Edited October 23, 2008 by pilsener
CodeCrackerx9
The 8600M GT Model is an MXM II module card. Unfortunately I do not think there is any card better than the 8600GT for a laptop in a MXM II module. The only option you have to upgrade is a 512MB 8600M GT card. The 8600M GT card is great for playing games though, not sure why you want to upgrade. Hope this helps!
