foff44
Hi New to the forum today (Friday) I have just got a new Asus laptop for work, running Vista, I installed a programme called Sketchup and the computer has started lagging , the file is not a big file, about 1.8 mb. I have a nVidia GeForce 9300M G card, Is there anyway it can it be upgraded? Thanks in advance
CodeCrackerx9
The 9300m G is a MXM 3 Module card. This means it can be upgraded with any MXM 3 or below module card. All of the 9 series notebook graphics cards are MXM3 which means you can upgrade to any one of those. The hard part is finding somewhere that will let you buy one. This forum has a MXM forum that specifically deals with buying and selling MXM supported cards. You can try that out here http://forums.laptopvideo2go.com/index.php?showforum=67. Other words I would try googleing a card you would like and see if you can find a place that sells them. If you could find a 9500M or better you will be in good shape.
