Lieuwe Posted September 18, 2008 Report Share Posted September 18, 2008 Hi, I recently got a new videocard for my amilo 1437g and it only gives a black screen. But now i tried to blind read the vbios but it appears to be 0kb, so does my graphic card just haven't got a bios (maybe it failed once at the previous owner) or the complete card is broken. I tried to flash my 1437g to 3438g but with no luck (the flash is ok, laptop works but still black screen). I can hear and see at my hd activity led that it is booting windows properly, so it just ignores the graphic card.. It is an hd2600 pro with 256mb of ddr3 ram (according to the previous owner)..
