What's the difference between "Digital Display" and "Display"?

When I enable SLI on "Digital Display" my video works fine

When I enable "Display" my screen goes black and I all I can do is load up Safe Mode and delete the drivers...

Your computer either has 2 displays hooked up to it (laptop LCD + something else), or the drivers think you do.

You can just use the appropriate Fn+F key combination to switch back to your laptop's display if you change it.

I assume this is the option in the nvidia control panel correct?

Window's display properties page will usually list 2 monitors even if only 1 is connected.

Yes, I have a DVI output but I'm not using it.. So next time when I try these drivers I need to see if Fn+F8 works correct?

Yes, but why would you try switching to a disconnected display in the first place?

The drivers should all default to the laptop LCD as your primary.
