Phnx Posted October 25, 2008 Report Share Posted October 25, 2008 (edited) Most people find that the only consistant way of oc'ing the 8800 is via bios flash. you need to read out your current bios using gpu-z (most people find that nibitor can't do this bit) then read it into nibitor, change the clocks and flash it to your card with nvflash. I suggest you read up on this first though as it can be risky. Guest abc Posted December 22, 2008 Report Share Posted December 22, 2008 i tried using nv system tool to overclock my 8400M GS GPU. but everytime i click apply this msg comes up "The changes made were invalid and will not be applied".any idea how to fix this.
