fearmywrx Posted October 30, 2008 Report Share Posted October 30, 2008 I just re installed windows on my computer and do not have my drivers disk. I have upgraded the video drivers once before and just downloaded the driver and the modded INF file that goes along with it. For some reason it's not working this time. I replace the old INF file and start the setup. After I restart the computer I have the worst resolution with horrible color and video lag. Which driver do I need, I tried about 5 of them and non of them are hitting the spot for me. Now I am at the point where I got the screen looking good but the lag of the video is extremely bad and it's saying "the system started using the defualt VGA driver" nvidia 8600 GT Windows XP service pack one.
