spity Posted December 5, 2008 Report Share Posted December 5, 2008 Excuse me for my bad English. I have a fsc amilo xi1526 and i have buy over ebay a vga ati mxm radeon hd 3650 - 512mb. The guy where i have it from have it form mxm-upgrade. My problem is that my amilo don't boot. First i heat up the amilo to let hem try to start up. but there is no beep or anything. Then i try to flash my bios to version 1.26 and it won't work, now i have a alienware bios version 1.19w. Al the time the screen is black when i start up, then after a while you can hear the fan is cooling, and when i power down en start up again nothing is happening. We tried to resolve the issue with them. I thought we have found solution for 256mb green pcb boards, but here I see you have red board. Sorry, nothing I can help with. You need to find different bioses yourself. But again you can not flash card because system does not boot. The one thing I can say for sure if card working it should boot in m3438g, m1437g laptop.
