freakadelle1987
Hello everybody, I downloaded the latest version of the nvidia driver from this website (180.84) and I replaced the inf-file so that the installation was completed. Now I tried to play a game in battery mode but I recognized that the performance was very bad. When I play the same game in cable mode the performance is good. After searching a little bit in the world wide web I know now that there is an option in the NVIDIA Control Panel called PowerMizer to control the clock rate of the graphics card, in my case a NVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT with 512 mb memory. But I do not find it in my Control Panel. Is it because of the forceware version or is it possible to extend the given Control Panel. Or is there any other possibility to play games in battery mode. I hope you can help me... Greets, FREAKadelle1987 Edited December 10, 2008 by freakadelle1987
