sjk005
Hi, One of my previous posts was about installing Toshiba's Value Added Package (TVAP) on WindowsXP by modifying the MSI installer (which did not do much). I am now trying to simply install the Toshiba Common Modules but get error messages like it's not intended for the target machine, etc. The files and versions I've tried installing are: cmod-en-20071119084148.zip common_modules_24589A.exe And in return I wanted to install the Hotkey Utility for WinXP (hotkey_util_24597A.exe). Has anyone been able to successfully install the Toshiba Common Modules on a WinXP machine? My laptop specs are as follows: Toshiba Qosmio x305-705 Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor T7350 4GB PC3-8500 DDR3 1066MHz SDRAM 320GB HDD (7200rpm) DVD-SuperMulti (+/-R double layer) with Labelflash™ drive Intel® Wi-Fi Link 5100AGN (802.11a/g/n) Bluetooth® version 2.1 plus Enhanced Data Rate (EDR) Edited December 24, 2008 by sjk005
