HI I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH MY SONY VIO LAP TOP I HAVE EXTENDED WARRANTY SO SENT IT AWAY AND WAS TOLD THAT IT NEEDED A NEW HARD DRIVE SO HAD ONE PUT IN AND IT HAS COME BACK WITH THE SAME PROBLEM AND I HAVE JUST SENT IT BACK AGAIN
