Hello!

I bought a portable pc Hp in Aout on 2007 (guaranteed 1an) dv9530ef which worked marvelously.

For two weeks, I have a probleme:

When I want to launch a video or to see one of my photos, the screen falls out in square of red or yellow color and tremble.

I tried to make the stake has in the daytime drivers but vista plant in the reboot of the installation of drivers and restores the former (2007) It is the only ones who work.

Then I tried to decharger the electrostatique load by remaining pressed on the button Power 3 minutes (removed battery kit and cordon of alim removed): AFTER-SALES SERVICE HP Advice but it does not work.

When I desactive the graphics board in the Device Manager, I can finally see my photos and my videos. But it is very slow and not beautiful.

The graphics board does not warm.

I have tempted a DirectX test ( dxdiag ) but it makes the blurred screen.

I have tried to set up with Nvidia Control Panel but it doesn't work.

If you have an idea, it would be great!

Thanks

Thomas

Tried installing in safe mode? But make sure the driver is meant for your GPU.
