Inspiron 1520 Motherboards

Recently, my motherboard went out on my Inspiron 1520. (Real shocker... I know)

Took it to a repair shop and got it replaced. However, when I cranked it up I discovered that the Nvidia Geforce 8600 GT 256MB card was MIA. The motherboard was now listing a Mobile Intel® 965 Express Chipset Family. Now I'm in a running argument with the shop that they installed the wrong part. >_< They state that they matched the part code of the one from my computer exactly and that the Intel was the one set in place.

Is there a difference between the two motherboards Dell shows for the 1520?

Would it be possible to replace the Intel chipset with the Nvidia card in the current motherboard installed?

Any help would be great, thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure there are two different ones.. I think I have seen that motherboard a few places online, although that was a while ago..
