A19 BIOS still doesn't help the underclocking issue and now the fan stays on all of the time. I'm sticking with ASUS laptops, this is the second Dell that i've had issues with.

That's too bad Austen!

I have yet to experience this issue but I don't use it for long periods to notice it. I got my E6500 refurbished so it makes me wonder if the previous owner returned it for this reason.
