I think my graphics card is failing!

To make a long story short, i was loading a mission in crysis and shut the laptop down during loading, then restarted it and then loaded call of duty 4, i got onto the menu then there were blobs of green around the screen then the whole screen started flashing and then it was just green stripes and black stripes, i think its my graphics card that is failing, any help is appreciated

Sorry, but this does sound like typical symptoms of GPU failure. What driver version are you using?

hey I wanted to say that i also have a 8400M GS too, I don't have that problem though. However games are laggy, textures are missing, Cod4 was pretty buggy during online/offline too. BF2142 closed while I was playing, I think it has to be replaced or something(Using dv 257.17)
