Glennie Posted August 16, 2010 Report Share Posted August 16, 2010 Hello guys, i had a question: The last driver i downloaded here for my laptop was version 186.91, but i recently reinstalled my laptop with Windows 7. So i wanted to ask if there is a better driver then what i got? Here is some information about my laptop: Acer Aspire 5920 Core 2 Duo 2.00GHz 4GB RAM 32 bit system The sticker from my mobile videocard is gone but if im correct it was a 8600M GT. Guest conscriptvirus Posted August 16, 2010 Report Share Posted August 16, 2010 i think it depends on the games u play. 188.25 were great for performance. one of the best drivers ive used for my 8600m gt. however, im using the 259.12 right now just because its alot newer and im hoping for some StarCraft 2 optimizations but those drivers seem to run fine. if ur not playing super new games, id go for the 188.25s Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
